Business hours: Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 11:59pm. Delivery hours: Monday to Sunday, 12 noon to 11:59pm

Same Day Delivery: We usually recommend all our customers to place their orders 1-2 days in advance for smooth deliveries but if you order before 2:00 pm, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Sunday. Same Day Delivery Service is only available for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. For other cities, please place your orders two days in advance.

Midnight Delivery: Midnight surprise delivery is available Monday through Sunday only for Karachi.

Specific Times: If you ask us to deliver at a specific time, we might not be able to promise that but we do try our best to keep you satisfied and generally deliver within 4 hours. In case you want to get a gift delivered at a specific time kindly leave a note in the instructions section. Like, “delivery is needed at 5 pm she has to go to her job after”

Delivery in Peak Events: During the busy seasons, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas etc., please place your orders at least one day prior to these holidays to help ensure on-time delivery.

Recipient’s contact information: We always recommend to provide us a delivery address where you or recipient will be present on the delivery date to ensure flower freshness and avoid any unexpected circumstances. Should you or your recipient fail to receive the flowers, a re-delivery service is available at an additional delivery cost depending on your recipient’s location. Re-delivery will be available for a maximum of 1 day from the original delivery date because most of our products are perishable and their lives are very short. Our special delivery team will deliver your flowers by hand.
