CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All refunds, exchanges and cancellation will be processed per our below policy
If you want to modify or cancel your order for any specific reason, you can happily proceed 48 hours before the delivery date by sending us an email at sendgiftsandflowers@gmail.com or calling us at +923258214940.
We regret reluctantly that you may not be able to cancel or modify an order for any of the below reason
- Perishable goods once your order has been delivered.
- Customized gifts if, at the time you wish to cancel, the customization process has begun.
- Orders during busy events which can be processed three days prior to dispatch.
We will confirm via email/WhatsApp/call after receiving your cancellation or modification request. All refunds will be made within 10 working days of receiving the cancellation notice.
Send Gifts and Flowers cannot be held liable for any order where the recipient declines to accept the item or wrong address is provided and will not process refunds in such instances as we will have already incurred cost on preparing and delivering the package, which cannot be used again.
